Pastor Rob Saak

 

Pastor Rob and his wife Mindy are long time residents of Reinbeck and have been actively serving in various capacities at New Life since 1996. Pastor Rob and Mindy served as youth pastors for several years, Pastor Rob served on the board numerous terms & Mindy has been an active member of the church worship team.
 
Pastor Rob received his ministerial training through Berean/Global University and received credentials through the Assemblies of God in 2001. Pastor is active in continuing his education and is currently taking classes through The Iowa School of Ministry.
 
Prior to being named our Lead Pastor in April of 2011, Pastor Rob worked for Target stores in a variety of positions with his most recent being a district leadership position. With more than 15 years of experience in leadership & leading a team he is excited to translate that into full time service to the church.

 
Mindy works for Seeds of Hope as the Grundy County coordinator. Seeds of Hope is a not-for-profit organization that seeks to provide quality services and to educate victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Among other responsibilities Mindy travels to local schools and community groups providing educational training.
 
Pastor Rob and Mindy have three children, Mikayla, Joshua and Aleah. 

Pastor Rob & Mindy enjoy going to all of the kids activities, spending time with family, and of course, all things pertaining to the Minnesota Vikings. Pastor has a tremendous love for Reinbeck and its surrounding communities! He has a passion to serve Jesus Christ and to come along side others in their walk with Christ. Pastor also has a heart for foreign missions. Along with many others at New Life, Pastor Rob has been on numerous missions trips and is leading another one in March 2012 to Costa Rica.
